Administration Officer

This is role is a “Primary” staff position and the selected candidate will direct squadron administrative services activities. This position reports directly to the Deputy Commander for Seniors 

Responsibilities of Administration Officer:  

  • Implement administrative policies and procedures.  

  • Control correspondence (including messages).  

  • Prepare and authenticate administrative authorizations.  

  • Prepare local publications and forms. 

  • Review administrative (eg SUI) compliance by other staff positions. 

  • Perform related duties as assigned by the unit commander 

  • The administrative officer should be familiar primarily with CAPP 205 and CAP directives in the 5 and 10 series
