Administration Officer

This is role is a “Primary” staff position and the selected candidate will direct squadron administrative services activities. This position reports directly to the Deputy Commander for Seniors
Responsibilities of Administration Officer:

Implement administrative policies and procedures.

Control correspondence (including messages).

Prepare and authenticate administrative authorizations.

Prepare local publications and forms.

Review administrative (eg SUI) compliance by other staff positions.

Perform related duties as assigned by the unit commander

The administrative officer should be familiar primarily with CAPP 205 and CAP directives in the 5 and 10 series
